Elijah Allen, Staff Engineer


Civilworks New England LLC is excited to announce its recent hire of Elijah Allen, who joins the Civilworks team as a Project Engineer working from the Dover office. Within this role, Mr. Allen will provide engineering design and permitting support in Civilworks’ site/civil department.


Elijah graduated from the University of Maine in 2024. His responsibilities will include hydrologic/hydraulic analysis, stormwater design and state, and local permitting. Elijah has quickly become a valuable asset for our engineering team showing a strong understanding of engineering, regulatory and design standards.
